Offensive Weapons Act 2019 (Updated)


The Offensive Weapons Act 2019, which came into effect on April 6, 2022, stipulates that certain corrosive products cannot be sold to persons under the age of 18 or delivered to a resident address. This legislation also applies to international sellers.
